On a bumper day of 35 young chess players we welcomed new players Larissa, Tiam and Eric (Jr) which we’re very happy to receive and help with all thing’s chess.
Thanks to Graham / Steve / Paul / Leo and James Comer.
Eric took the advanced sessions through a recent game played by Nick Lee from Poole Chess club which contained various ideas offering a pawn sacrifice for development to disrupt the opponent’s structure, pins, and eventual zugzwang.
